Choose a movement goal that feels right for you. Declare how many active minutes you are committing to this month, and spend July showing up for the promise you made to yourself.
Move between July 1 and July 31 toward your goal.
Any intentional physical activity counts, including:
walking
running
cycling
yoga
strength training
swimming
dancing
gardening
Short sessions and longer workouts both count. Rest days are welcome.
Participants:
Declare a total active minutes goal for July when signing up
Track the progress throughout the month
Compete only against the commitment they made to themselves

You can update your progress daily, weekly, or whenever it works best for you.
This challenge is honor-based and trust-based.
